Alchemyx Early Access: how the pilot for Italian SMEs works

Early Access is the pilot programme through which Alchemyx opens its platform to a controlled number of Italian small and medium businesses between September and December 2026. Applications are open, but places are assigned by selection: every application is read and assessed one by one.
This article explains how the pilot works, what a selected SME gets during and after the test, how the path from application to a live campaign looks, and why the programme is Italy only, for now.
IN SHORT
If you have two minutes and not the whole article.
Applications open, places by selection: a two-minute form, then every application is read individually.
During the pilot: Premium plan active and free, platform commission waived on every campaign launched by December 2026.
After the pilot: at least 1 campaign earns a 50% discount on commissions for 2 years, at least 2 add a year of free Premium, fewer than 2 means a free downgrade to FREE.
Italy only, for now: the programme is reserved for Italian SMEs; other markets open after the commercial launch.
What Early Access is, and who it is for
Alchemyx is a self-serve AI platform that builds, books and buys multichannel advertising campaigns for small and medium businesses, online and offline, in a few guided steps. The company is pre-launch: the platform is not yet open to the public, and Early Access is how it goes into service with a small group of businesses before the commercial launch.
The pilot runs from September to December 2026 and is reserved for Italian SMEs. It is not a free trial: selected businesses launch real campaigns, with their own budget on real media, and in return they get conditions that will no longer exist after the commercial launch. Joining is not binding: no SME is obliged to activate a campaign.
Selection has one purpose: a controlled number of businesses aligned with the test, rather than hundreds of sign-ups out of curiosity that never launch anything. The profile that fits best is a business with a defined local catchment area, a clear objective and a campaign budget from EUR 2,000 excluding VAT: restaurants, retail, car dealerships, services, franchises with several locations.
What a selected SME gets, during and after the pilot
The conditions form a ladder, and they depend on how many campaigns the business launches by December 2026. They apply to every selected SME and are the same ones published on the Italian landing page.
Campaigns launched by December 2026 | What the SME gets |
During the pilot, all selected SMEs | Premium plan active and free for the whole pilot; the 13.98% platform commission waived on every campaign launched. |
At least 1 campaign | 50% discount on commissions for the 2 years following the commercial launch. |
At least 2 campaigns | The same 50% discount for 2 years, plus 1 year of the Premium plan free of charge. |
Fewer than 2 campaigns | The account moves to the FREE plan at no cost; upgrading to Premium remains the client's choice. |
Premium is the plan with campaign history, analysis over time, advanced planning options and detailed reports: at list price it has an annual fee of EUR 2,180, paid upfront in a single instalment. During the pilot it is active and free for every selected business, and it stays free for another year for those who launch at least two campaigns.
The 13.98% commission is the platform's only intermediation cost and is always included in the declared campaign amount, never added on top. During the pilot it is waived: on the invoice it is shown and then credited back in full, so every business can see what the benefit is worth.
The path from application to a live campaign
The path of a selected SME has a handful of steps, and at each one it is clear who does what.
1. A two-minute application. A short form on the Early Access landing page collects the business details, the area it operates in, the objective and an indicative budget.
2. Individual review. Every application is read and assessed one by one, on how well it fits the test. The answer comes by email, either way.
3. Account activation. The selected business receives access to the platform with the Premium plan already active and free.
4. Guided brief. A few guided steps collect objective, area, audience and budget. No knowledge of media or rate cards is needed.
5. A plan built by the algorithm. The platform builds the plan: the allocation across channels is managed and balanced automatically to maximise the result, every plan always includes an offline component and the online component can be switched off. The client does not pick the media: they receive the package with result estimates per channel.
6. Booking and buying. Once the plan is confirmed, the platform books the space with the media and buys it directly, online and offline. The creative can be uploaded by the business, with format checks included, or generated on the platform at list price.
7. Monitoring and reporting. Performance sits in a single dashboard and an end-of-campaign report enters the Premium plan's history.
The inventory behind the plan covers local FM radio, local TV, connected TV, cinema, DOOH, social, Google Display and Google Search, with 154 sales mandates across all 20 Italian regions. To understand how the proposed package is read, the article on how to read an advertising quote explains the four variables behind the price of a media slot.
What to have ready before applying
The application is short, but three answers matter and it helps to have them clear before filling in the form.
An objective. Making a newly opened business known, supporting the sales of an established one, bringing people to a store or an event: different objectives produce different plans.
An area. The territory where the campaign has to work: a city, a province, several catchment areas. It is the input that weighs most on the plan, as the article on what a campaign actually costs by territory explains.
A budget from EUR 2,000 excluding VAT. It is the minimum for the whole campaign, not for a single channel, with the commission already included. Any wallet balance not committed to an active campaign always remains fully refundable.
A launch window by December 2026. The conditions on the ladder are earned with campaigns launched by that date.
The transparency rules apply to everyone
The sentence that matters most is also the simplest: no automatic renewal and no cost that switches itself on. At the end of the pilot no account is charged without an explicit choice by the client. Those who have not launched at least two campaigns move to the FREE plan, at no cost, and decide on their own whether and when to upgrade to Premium.
Promotional conditions confirmed in writing cannot be withdrawn. The commission is earned only when a campaign starts, never before, and annual fees are always paid upfront in a single instalment: there are no monthly instalments and no recurring charges during the year.
Why Italy only, for now
Alchemyx's inventory is built one sales mandate at a time with local radio stations, TV channels, cinema circuits and out-of-home operators, and today it covers Italy, all 20 regions. A pilot has to run where the platform can actually book and buy the space, which is why Early Access is reserved for Italian SMEs. Other markets open after the commercial launch, with the same logic: local inventory first, then the programme.

Frequently asked questions
Are Early Access applications still open?
Yes. Applications are open, but places are assigned by selection: every application is read and assessed one by one, to keep a controlled number of SMEs aligned with the test. There is no declared number of places and no closing date.
Is Early Access free?
The Premium plan and the platform commission are: during the pilot Premium is active and free, and the 13.98% commission is waived on every campaign launched by December 2026. The campaigns are not: they are real campaigns, with the business's own budget from EUR 2,000 excluding VAT, on real media.
What happens if an SME launches no campaign by December 2026?
Nothing automatic: joining is not binding. At the commercial launch the account moves to the FREE plan at no cost, and upgrading to Premium remains the client's choice. No account is charged without an explicit choice.
What does an SME get for launching two campaigns by December 2026?
A 50% discount on commissions for the two years following the commercial launch, plus one year of the Premium plan free of charge. With a single campaign the 50% discount for two years still applies.
Can a business outside Italy join Early Access?
Not for now. The programme is reserved for Italian SMEs, because the inventory the platform books and buys currently covers Italy. Other markets open after the commercial launch. International readers can request more information by email.
Is the Premium plan paid monthly?
No. Premium has an annual fee of EUR 2,180, paid upfront in a single instalment at activation: there are no monthly instalments and no recurring charges during the year. During the pilot it is free for every selected SME.
