Four channels, four different recipients
- Information and sales: Questions about the platform, the plans, the costs and the campaigns. The right channel whether you are an agency or a company trying to understand if Alchemyx fits.
- Press and media: Interviews, quotable figures, media kit, logos and newsroom materials. We answer ourselves, with verified numbers and the coverage list ready.
- Agencies: The white label channel has its own page with the three plans, the commissions and what the set-up includes.
- Certified communications: Italian certified email for official legal and administrative communications. For everything else, normal email is faster.

- Registered and operating office: Piazza Castello 19, 20121 Milan, Italy. The team works from Milan; meetings are arranged by email.
- Legal name: Alchemyst LAB S.r.l., an Italian limited liability company, listed as an innovative startup under Italian Law 221/2012. Alchemyx is the platform it develops.
- Identifiers: VAT and tax code 14297210966. REA MI-2772603. AGCOM ROC no. 43945.
- Memberships: Member of Assolombarda. Listed in the Italian innovative startup register since 10 October 2025.

How long do you take to reply?
On working days, usually within 24 hours. Press enquiries have a dedicated lane at press@alchemystlab.com.
Is Alchemyx already available to buy?
Not to the public yet. The platform runs a pilot phase from September 2026 and the commercial launch in Italy is planned for the first quarter of 2027. Early Access is reserved for Italian businesses until then.
How much does a campaign cost?
The minimum is EUR 2,000 plus VAT per campaign, not per month, with the 13.98% platform fee already included in the declared amount and never added on top.
How is the name spelled?
The product is Alchemyx, with the Y before the final X. The company is Alchemyst LAB S.r.l., with the Y inside the first word.
