Alchemyx white label AI advertising platform for agencies: radio, TV, cinema and DOOH

Alchemyx's white label gives agencies a platform that plans, books and buys campaigns on radio, local TV, connected TV, cinema, DOOH and online, under the agency's own brand.

Three plans and one rule: the agency keeps the client and the mark-up, Alchemyx brings the inventory and the flow that buys the space.

IN SHORT

If you have two minutes and not the whole article.

  • The client stays yours: they see your brand, they pay you, and you decide the mark-up.

  • Three plans: START, PRO, PLUS. An agency has one plan, not one per client.

  • No fixed contracts with the media: you buy campaign by campaign, from EUR 2,000 excluding VAT.

  • The plan becomes an order: the platform books and buys, it does not just propose.

What white label means in advertising

An advertising agency lives on two things: the relationship with the client and the ability to turn an objective into a campaign. When the campaign calls for radio, cinema, DOOH or local TV, however, many agencies stop. They lack the contacts with the sales houses, they do not know the rate cards and they have no time to deal with every sales house separately for a client with a modest budget.

White label solves the problem at its root. The platform built to plan and buy multichannel campaigns for SMEs is made available to the agency under the agency's brand. The client sees the agency, works with the agency and pays the agency. Behind the scenes, the platform builds the media plan, books the space and buys it directly, online and offline, in a few guided steps.

The claim that sums up the channel is simple: your agency, our inventory.

Why it is strategic for an agency

Offline media buying in Italy is fragmented: hundreds of local radio and TV stations, cinema circuits, out-of-home operators, each with its own sales house and rate card. For a small or mid-sized agency, building that network alone is not realistic. The result is that the client who asks "can we do radio too?" ends up somewhere else, or gives up.

With white label the agency widens its offer without hiring a media buyer, without opening a buying department and without fixed contracts with the media. The inventory is Alchemyx's: 154 sales mandates across 260 mapped media, 152 already purchasable on the platform, all 20 Italian regions covered. In detail, 83 radio stations, 20 cinema circuits, 20 connected TV, 14 digital, 11 DOOH and 6 local TV stations, plus the online channels already integrated: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Spotify and TikTok.

The economic principle is just as clear: less service, lower commission. The agency brings the creative work and the client relationship, which is the work the platform would do in a direct relationship. The commission recognises that work and falls in the plans designed for higher volumes.

Finally, there is a less visible but decisive advantage: the plan does not remain a proposal. In multichannel advertising for SMBs the slowest part has always been booking the space medium by medium. Here the platform books and buys, and the agency receives a confirmed order, not a quote to chase.

START is for agencies that run a few campaigns a year and want to begin with no fixed costs. PRO is for agencies that manage ten or more and want to open a portal in their own brand. PLUS is for agencies that want their brand only, high volumes and a dedicated contact.

Which agencies it is for

  • Creative agencies that do not do media buying. They build the positioning, the concept and the assets, then hand the client a campaign someone else will have to buy. With white label they close the loop: they plan, buy and report, and the creative work remains their craft.

  • Digital agencies that do not handle offline. They run Google and Meta with skill, but when the client wants radio or cinema they have no answer. Now they do, inside the same plan, without learning a new trade.

  • Single-medium agencies. Billboards, radio, cinema: specialised in one medium, unable to offer a multichannel plan. White label adds the other channels without taking away the one they are strong in, and retains the budget the client currently spreads elsewhere.

How it works inside an agency

In-house management or a portal in your brand

Each agency chooses a single plan. In all three, in-house management of clients is included: the agency's team opens the brief, reviews the plan and confirms the purchase on the client's behalf. Within PRO and PLUS the agency decides, client by client, whether to manage the client in-house or open the self-serve portal in its own brand. The commission is always the one of the plan.

The plan's users are the members of the agency's team. Clients using the self-serve portal are unlimited and do not consume users. The features specific to the agency channel, such as the wallet with per-client sub-accounts, the portal in the agency's brand and the modular creative studio, are on the roadmap for the commercial launch.

Commission, wallet and mark-up

The commission is already included in the media cost the agency sees: there are no extra line items to explain to the client. The agency tops up the wallet and pays Alchemyx; the client pays the agency with the mark-up the agency decides. Alchemyx does not enter the relationship between agency and client.

From the brief to the purchased space

  • 1. Guided brief. A few guided steps collect objective, area, target and budget.

  • 2. Media plan. The algorithm builds the mix and presents it with result estimates per channel.

  • 3. Book and buy. The platform books the space with the media and buys it directly, online and offline.

  • 4. Creative to the media. The assets go out to every medium and a record of the suitability confirmation is kept.

  • 5. Monitoring and reporting. Performance in a single dashboard and an end-of-campaign report.

Booking and buying is the difference between Alchemyx and a planning tool: the plan does not remain a proposal, it becomes an order.

Creative assets

An agency already has its own assets, and the platform does not replace them. There are three ways to work.

  • Upload your own. The file goes through the compliance check on the formats of the media in the plan, then the media's suitability check. No adaptation: you export it yourself, as you already do. If a file is not compliant, you redo it or buy the adaptation at list price.

  • Generate only what you are missing. For in-house use you pick a single module: radio spot, video spot, DOOH visual or online set. The platform produces three variants for your client to approve, and the final render is made on the chosen one.

  • Full package in self-serve. For the clients who use the portal in your brand: three variants of copy, voice, audio editing and visuals for every format in the plan. At list price, per campaign; detailed operating costs are communicated in the offer.

In closing

White label does not ask the agency to change trade. It asks it to stop giving up its clients' offline budgets, and to keep the relationship, the mark-up and the credit for the result in-house. Alchemyx provides the inventory, the flow that books and buys, and three plans that grow with the agency's volumes.

Frequently asked questions

What is a white label platform for advertising agencies?

It is a media planning and buying platform the agency uses under its own brand, with its own clients. In Alchemyx's case it covers radio, local TV, connected TV, cinema, DOOH and online in a single plan: the platform books the space and buys it, the agency manages the client and decides the mark-up.

START is free, with a 10% platform commission. PRO costs EUR 3,000 a year plus a one-off set-up of EUR 1,500, with a 6% commission. PLUS costs EUR 7,000 a year plus EUR 1,500 set-up, with a 4% commission. All prices exclude VAT and the commission is already included in the media cost.

No: an agency has a single plan. Within PRO and PLUS you decide, client by client, whether to manage the client in-house or open the self-serve portal in your brand, and the commission stays the one of your plan.

The agency tops up the wallet and pays Alchemyx the media cost, which already includes the platform commission. It invoices its own client for the campaign with the mark-up it decides. Alchemyx does not enter the relationship between agency and client.

No. The users (2 in START, 5 in PRO, 10 in PLUS) are the members of the agency's team. Clients using the self-serve portal, in PRO and PLUS, are unlimited.

EUR 2,000 excluding VAT per campaign, not per channel: the plan can include several media within the same budget. There are no fixed contracts with the media; you buy campaign by campaign.
