Advertising Campaign Budget Calculator

This tool shows how much budget is needed for a multichannel advertising campaign in Italy, based on the territory to cover and the objective. It returns an indicative range and the list of media that typically enter the plan at that figure. It is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises that want to understand the order of magnitude before requesting a quote.

Reference budgets by territory size
For a multichannel campaign with enough frequency to produce a result, the indicative reference is between 2,000 and 4,000 euros in a small town or provincial area, between 3,000 and 5,000 euros in a mid-sized city, between 4,000 and 7,000 euros in a large city such as Milan, Rome, Naples or Turin, and between 5,000 and 10,000 euros for regional coverage across multiple catchment areas. These are indicative average values that vary depending on the objectives, the geographic area, the media actually involved, the scheduling period and the availability of space at the time of planning.

Why the same budget performs differently depending on the city
The cost of an advertising space depends on the value of the audience it reaches, and in large urban centers the demand for space far exceeds the supply. With two thousand euros in a provincial area you can build a plan spread across several media, while the same configuration in Milan can require five or seven thousand. This does not mean that advertising in a large city is impossible on a limited budget: it means the plan will include fewer media, selected more carefully, with the pressure concentrated where it produces the most.

Why the offline component is always part of the plan
Every Alchemyx plan always includes at least one offline medium. This is the reason for the minimum activation threshold of EUR 2,000 plus VAT per campaign, with the 13.98 percent fee included in the declared campaign budget: below that figure no offline medium reaches a frequency capable of producing an effect. During the briefing, the client can ask to exclude digital channels and orchestrate the offline component alone. The opposite is not possible: an online-only campaign is not available.

Why some media are excluded at lower budgets
Every medium has a minimum pressure threshold below which it generates no return. Two hundred euros spread across four different channels is not a multichannel campaign, it is four failed campaigns running in parallel. The platform deliberately excludes the media that would remain below threshold at that budget, in order to guarantee the others the necessary frequency. As the investment grows, the plan expands and channels are progressively brought back in.
