Short answer. Alchemyx is a self-serve platform: the SME describes objective, territory, target, period and budget in a guided briefing; the AI builds the multichannel media plan; on confirmation the platform books the space and buys it directly, online and offline; at the end it delivers a single report. The SME does not pick individual media and does not split the budget across channels: the algorithm does, and every plan always includes an offline component.
Access is free (Free plan). The Premium plan, EUR 2,180 per year, adds campaign history, analysis over time and detailed reports. The SME tops up a wallet: any balance not committed to an active campaign remains fully refundable, because the fee accrues only when a campaign starts.
A few guided steps: what the campaign should achieve, where (national, regional, provincial or municipal, across all 20 regions), who it targets, over which period and with which total budget. The minimum budget is EUR 2,000 per campaign, plus VAT, not per month; the 13.98% platform fee is already included in the declared amount and is never added on top: a client who declares EUR 5,000 pays EUR 5,000 plus VAT.
The AI builds the strategic media plan using JIC industry data, ISTAT statistics and machine learning from the results of previous campaigns. Budget allocation across channels is handled and balanced automatically by the algorithm to maximise the result. Two fixed rules: every plan always includes at least one offline medium; the online component can be switched off on request, while an online-only plan is not offered. Eight channels are available: local FM radio, local TV, connected TV with geotargeting, cinema, DOOH, social networks, Google Display and Google Search.
The SME sees the plan as a multichannel package: channels, territories, period, total. It does not see the price of any single medium and cannot buy a single medium: this protects the rate cards of the media that granted Alchemyx a sales mandate, and makes medium-by-medium bargaining impossible.
Once the plan is confirmed, Alchemyx books the space and buys it directly, online and offline. Offline it acts under sales mandates received from broadcasters, circuits and sales houses (154 mandates across 260 mapped media, 152 already purchasable); online it is integrated directly with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Spotify. This step is what separates Alchemyx from a planning-only tool.
The SME can upload its own creative: the platform checks it and adapts it to every format at no extra cost. Alternatively the AI produces it, at EUR 250 per campaign: three copy variants, audio, video and visuals already adapted to every format in the plan and delivered to the media.
Online channels are optimised continuously during the flight (settings and creative, not budget shifts). Offline channels are planned and locked before launch and cannot be changed while the campaign is running. At the end the SME receives a single report covering every channel.
| The SME decides | The AI decides |
|---|---|
| objective, territory, target, period, total budget | channel mix and budget split |
| approving or rejecting the proposed plan | choice of individual media and formats |
| own creative or AI-produced creative | format adaptation and delivery to the media |
| switching off the online part (never the offline) | in-flight optimisation of online channels |
How long does it take to launch a campaign? The briefing takes a few minutes; the launch date depends on booking the offline space, which follows each medium’s own calendar.
Do I need an agency? No. Agencies can however use Alchemyx white label, with their own brand and their own fee set inside the platform.
Can I run a Google-and-social-only campaign? No: every plan always includes an offline component. The opposite, an offline-only plan, is possible.
Is Alchemyx already open to the public? Not yet: MVP completed in July 2026, closed test phase from September 2026 with a maximum of ten SMEs, commercial launch in Italy in Q1 2027.
